Fiona has been a client of mine for over a year, during which time she has lost over 60lbs! After hearing about her frustrations after the holiday season I helped her push through a weight loss plateau.

If I was asked to sum this plan up in one word, it would have to be "Amazing"!. Now let me tell you why! At the start of holiday season and beyond, temptation got the better of me and I started to put on pounds. No matter how hard I tried, I could not seem to curb my cravings and was eating everything in sight. Sadly, I was spiraling out of control and starting to sink into depression.
